  3.     1.   Try to stay on-topic. This echo is for the 
  4.          discussion of technical information.  I realize
  5.          that this may not always be easy, but do try.
  6.        
  7.     2.   Do not use any high ASCII or ANSI characters. 
  8.          There are many people who read this echo that use 
  9.          machines that do not support them.
  10.  
  11.     3.   Do not post any messages of an abusive manner to
  12.          or about any other person.  In addition, messages
  13.          of an adult nature and/or messages containing foul
  14.          or vulgar language will not be tolerated, as this
  15.          echo is for all ages. 
  16.  
  17.     I will repost the rules every so often so that new 
  18.     users to the net will know what they are and to remind 
  19.     current users of what is and is not allowed here.
